This policy explains what data AI Passport — our website and app — collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies across every AI Passport programme and country edition. By using AI Passport you agree to these terms.
When you request access, we use your email to send a secure passwordless sign-in link and to verify that your account is approved. Your email is stored to manage access.
You may enter your name, job, industry, company, date of birth, and passport number. This is saved on your device and may be synced to our servers to personalise your journey and save your progress.
Photos you add (account/passport picture) are stored only locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
We record your lesson progress, points, and leaderboard rank to display them to you and power app features.
When you use “Ask Saud” or voice playback, the text you type (and the open card’s context) is sent to our AI and text-to-speech providers to generate the reply or audio. No other personal data is included in those requests.
Credentials issued under the AI Passport standard can be checked in our public registry by passport code. The registry returns only the holder’s name, persona, tier, country, and validity — never contact details or other personal data.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run AI Passport (hosting, email, AI services).
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and associated data from our servers and clears your local data from the device. We may retain aggregated or de-identified analytics. To request deletion by email, contact us at the address below.
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
AI Passport is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

قد تُدخِل اسمك، ومجالك المهني، وقطاعك، وجهة عملك، وتاريخ ميلادك، ورقم جوازك. تُحفَظ هذه البيانات على جهازك، وقد تُزامَن مع خوادمنا لتخصيص رحلتك وحفظ تقدُّمك.
الصور التي تضيفها (صورة الحساب/الجواز) تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازك فقط ولا تُرفَع إلى خوادمنا.
نسجّل تقدُّمك في الدروس ونقاطك وترتيبك في لوحة الصدارة لعرضها لك وتشغيل ميزات التطبيق.
عند استخدام «اسأل سعود» أو التشغيل الصوتي، يُرسَل النص الذي تكتبه (وسياق البطاقة المفتوحة) إلى مزوّدي خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحويل الصوتي لإنشاء الرد أو الصوت. لا تُرسَل بياناتك الشخصية الأخرى في هذه الطلبات.
يمكن التحقّق من الشهادات الصادرة وفق معيار جواز الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر سجلّنا العام برقم الجواز. يعرض السجل اسم الحامل وفئته ومستواه ودولته وصلاحيته فقط — دون أي بيانات تواصل أو بيانات شخصية أخرى.
نستخدم ملف ارتباط واحدًا ضروريًا لإبقائك مسجَّلًا للدخول. لا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط إعلانية أو تتبُّعية.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل الخدمة (الاستضافة، البريد، خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي).
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به من خوادمنا، ومسح بياناتك المحلية من جهازك. قد نحتفظ بسجلّات تحليلية مجمّعة أو غير معرِّفة لهويتك. لطلب الحذف عبر البريد، راسِلنا على العنوان أدناه.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا أو حسب الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة. نتّخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك، لكن لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نقل عبر الإنترنت بنسبة ١٠٠٪.
الخدمة غير موجَّهة للأطفال دون سنّ ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
